Intro to Film & TV Industry
Interested in the growing Georgia film industry, but don’t know where to start? This class walks you through the basic duties, responsibilities, and hierarchy of each department working on a film set, introduces you to basic production lingo and terminology, and the basics of the business from development to sale.
From documentaries and news interviews to web series and reality TV, being able to conduct and shoot a solid interview requires the same basic camera, light, sound and interviewing techniques. This hands-on crash course will take you through the basics of each so you can use them in a variety of production scenarios.
Producing for Hire
If it’s shooting a commercial, educational video, a music video or an event video, being able to work with a client, plan out a production successfully and have them happy to do business with you requires a whole collection of skills.
